Shipping and Return Policy

Return Policy:

You may request a return authorization through our online chat system or by contacting customerservice@filters.acsoutheast.com. Unused, like-new quality products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you receive boxes that are visibly damaged upon delivery, you may refuse delivery from the shipper and we will reconcile with the shipper and issue a new delivery at no additional charge to you.

Refund Policy:

If we make a mistake (nobody’s perfect) with your order or you find the product to be defective, contact us and we will arrange for products to be returned and refunded at our expense. If you accidentally order the wrong filters, you may return the items for exchange according to our stated “Return Policy”. Shipping charges for return and replacement deliveries will be charged to you.

Cancellation Policy:

We strive to ship your order out within 24 hours. As long as the product is still in our warehouse, your order may be cancelled without recourse. If the product is out for delivery, our return policies will be in effect.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Delivery to the lower 48 USA states and District of Columbia will deliver at normal shipping fees calculated by the website based on your destination zip code.

At this time we do not deliver outside of the 48 USA states and District of Columbia. Filters.acsoutheast.com reserves the right to choose the best shipping method.
